very good standard for price

Very cheap for the area, staff were very friendly and welcoming! I was very skeptical because of the reviews I thought I’d made a mistake but was very surprised. I mean it wasn’t luxury but it was very good for a basic hotel. Room was huge, bed was comfy and clean. Would return.

Shower was flimsy but did the job. No remote for tv

Location. Cute little room and bed was comfy. Bathroom was gorgeous

We didn’t get fresh towels or toilet roll on our second day. Room was not cleaned

Nice little stay over - great location for winter wonderland

The room was clean and the bed was a decent size. Decent sized wardrobe. The bathroom was lovely, a nice modern decor and a light up mirror. Shower over bath.

There wasn't any heating, the radiator didn't work and in December, this made the room cold when we returned to the room on the evening. When we arrived the window was open which didn't help.

Pleasant

The staff are all nice. They’ve given us extra pillows and a hairdryer. Also, the place is very convenient as it is near to the tube and a lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby the hotel.

Although our stay was good. One thing that was uncomfortable for me was on our first night, they gave us a room with an actual key( other guests has card keys) however, it won’t lock the door of our room. We felt unsafe and also during the early hours of the night we felt like someone was trying to open our door. We just tied the door to our luggage so no one can come in. The good thing was the staff was very good as the next day, we told them what happened and they immediately changed our room with a proper card key and door that can be locked.

Good location for budget travellers but you get what you pay for

Staff were very friendly and polite. Location is very good and close to tubes.

Lift broke down twice during our stay. Staff made great efforts to get it fixed (and did so once but it broke again) which meant taking a buggy and suitcases up a lot of flights of stairs tricky. Staff were kind and moved us to a floor lower down on second floor to assist. Walls are very thin and you can hear every word between rooms and floors. Room was very clean but very basic and worn. For a budget accommodation it was adequate but I’d save up and pay more and book elsewhere in future for my own family

Pleasant but disappointed about not having the breakfast option . the

Hotel very clean and in a good location Staff helpful

The room was quite small but it was comfortable and clean They didn’t provide breakfast as advertised on booking. Com which was very inconvenient and disappointing . Also there are no coffee tea making facilities in the room . , which maybe should be available as breakfast is Not provided .

We choose this property for the price of the room as we would be spending little time in it. The value for money was very good. The location was excellent.

The size of the bathroom. It was quite small with limited space to stand.

We liked the location and young men at reception was nice.

It wasn’t like the pictures, walls were dirty and it didn’t smell well. Beds weren’t comfy and we found few hairs when we arrived.
